Our Executive Chef
Vanessa's culinary career began in New York City where she started working at Union Square Cafe with Danny Meyer and Michael Romano. She went on to graduate from The Culinary Institute of America and spent time at Harvest in Cambridge. After cooking with Tom Colicchio at Gramercy Tavern back in Manhattan, she traveled to The Berkshires where she was the Executive Chef for several years at the popular Egremont Inn. Now we are lucky to be able to appreciate her terrific talent here in Needham at The Center Cafe.
